Prev\u00ea-se que estes prestadores de servi\u00e7os passem a estar obrigados a garantir o mesmo n\u00edvel de confidencialidade das comunica\u00e7\u00f5es que os operadores de telecomunica\u00e7\u00f5es \u201ctradicionais\u201d.\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/1&#8243;][vc_column_text alpha-anim&#8221;]\r\n<div class=\"uncode_text_column alpha-anim animate_when_almost_visible start_animation\">\r\n\r\nO novo Regulamento ePrivacy substitui a Diretiva de 2002, que se encontra j\u00e1 bastante\u00a0desatualizada face \u00e0s inova\u00e7\u00f5es tecnol\u00f3gicas e aos acelerados desafios tecnol\u00f3gicos. Al\u00e9m disso,\u00a0mant\u00e9m um alinhamento com o RGPD, por forma a garantir um n\u00edvel de prote\u00e7\u00e3o de dados pessoais elevado,\u00a0a par da Inova\u00e7\u00e3o e Desenvolvimento tecnol\u00f3gico na Uni\u00e3o Europeia.\u00a0O\u00a0Regulamento ePrivacy visa aumentar\u00a0a confian\u00e7a e a seguran\u00e7a no Mercado \u00danico
